The name “Sun and Moon” came from two different countries that we would like to represent in our collection of dishes. The Sun refers to Japan because it is known as the Land of the Rising Sun. On another hand, Thailand is represented as the Moon as it plays a significant role in Thai culture. There are a lot of religious celebration and festivals occur during the night, usually full moon. 

 

Chef Tee takes inspiration from his favorite dishes he used to cook in his hometown with his grandmother in central part of Thailand. Also, he is passionate in Japanese Food, especially Ramen, so he created Ramen which has Japanese flavors combined with his own taste of cuisine. These Central Style Thai Food we serve will represent as our Moon, while the Ramen is our Sun.

 

We are seeking to offer a different experience with its best, and we are sourcing the exceptional high quality seasonal produce, and local ingredients that can be found in USA. We hope that you will be indulged from the collection of Thai and Japanese dishes that we have created. Let the sunshine take you to Japan and the moonlight take you to Thailand.
